Returns and refunds

At Born Uniquely Different, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Please include the original packaging and any accessories.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Exclusions 

Please note that refunds are only available on regular-priced items. Sale items, limited release items, and custom orders are not eligible for refunds. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us at bornuniquelydifferent@gmail.com and send your item to: Born Uniquely Different, PO Box 895, Aiea, HI 96701.

Shipping Instructions

To return your item, please send it to: Born Uniquely Different, PO Box 895, Aiea, HI 96701. If you're exchanging an item, please email us at bornuniquelydifferent@gmail.com with the tracking number for your return. Once we verify it's in transit, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement item.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We hope this policy provides clarity and reassurance when you shop with us!
